Professional Ultrasonic Fuel Injector Cleaning  and Flow Testing Services.

Ordering injector services form InjectorRX is easy. Complete the Service Order Form and send the completed Service Order Form together with the injectors to us.

Current turnaround times are 1 - 2 days

Flow Test Only: ($9.00 per injector) Service Order Form

• Injectors are flow tested only. No service is performed and no components are replaced. Flow test results are recorded. 

Clean and Flow: ($18.00 per injector) Service Order Form

1. Injectors are externally cleaned, visualy inspected, and numbered 
2. Injectors are tested for resistance, shorts, and current draw. 
3. Leak, spray pattern, and flow rate tests are performed and recorded 
4. Dirt, loose paint and rust is removed via a blasting process using walnut shell. 
5. Filter baskets, o-rings, and pintle caps are removed where applicable. 
6. A three step ultrasonic cleaning process in three separate ultrasonic tanks is performed. During this processes the injectors are pulsed at various rates. This ensures complete results. 
7. After ultrasonic cleansing a high pressure back-flush is performed to remove any remaining particles that might be left inside the injector and to flush the injector from ultrasonic cleansing fluids. 
8. The injectors are now retested for leak, spray pattern and flow, and the results are recorded. 
9. New filter baskets, o-rings, and pintle caps are installed if and where applicable. 
10. The injectors are now placed in sealed plastic bags.A comprehensive test report is prepared and returned with the injectors. 

Long Term Storage Storage Preparation: ($19.50 per injector) Service Order Form

• The "Clean and Flow" service is performed on the injectors 
• The injectors are lubricated with special lubricant. 
• The injectors are sealed in 6 mil Poly bags.
